Ideal for Solo Travelers
This place had such a personal touch one morning I accidentally spilled some of my earl grey tea and the host was super kind fixed it right away. The bed was incredible the kind of comfort you only find at home and I slept like a baby after driving all day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly worth every penny.

The staff were very welcoming and tried to accommodate our requests. The location had nearby attractions that made our stay slightly better.
The overall experience fell short of expectations.

Clean, comfy room with an ancient charm! Loved the convenient parking and the quiet ambiance despite the busy road. Perfect spot to unwind.
No hairdryer in the room? Good thing I'm not auditioning for a shampoo commercial! Luckily, my bed was soft enough to cushion my disappointment.

Our stay felt like home, especially with Debbie making us amazing breakfasts every morning! The house was cozy, just a short walk to the lovely village pub, and our kids loved the friendly cat roaming around. We're definitely coming back!
My kids wished the room had a mini-fridge for snacks after a long day exploring. A safe parking area was quite tight for our larger family car when we returned late in the evening.

The location was perfect, just a short walk into the town center, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh, delicious options. Debbie, the host, truly made us feel at home with her warm welcome and attention to detail. While the check-in time was a bit rigid, we were able to store our luggage with the staff, which helped.

Friendly staff and tasty breakfast
We stayed for 4 nights with our family and loved it! Debbie was super nice and made the best breakfast every morning. The hot shower was a must, and it was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The only thing was it got a bit chilly at night. Just a heads up if you’re coming from somewhere warm!
